Keith Roy - Executive Director
For 12 years, Keith Roy has set an inviting table for guests at Bear Trap Ranch as the on-site Director. Keith is now presently the Chairman of the Board/ CEO of Bear Trap Ranch. Keith lives off-site with his family in Colorado Springs. His favorite ways of serving at Bear Trap Ranch are: serving the staff, leading bible studies with the crew, having one-on-one conversations with guests, sharing the many recreational activities around BTR with both staff and guests and last but not least telling dad jokes during lunch time. In his personal time he enjoys exploring Colorado with his family, playing baseball with his son and taking his daughter horseback riding. He also loves a good ole get-together with a BBQ for the meal. Keith is not just a CEO but a pastor. He is a reconciler who thrives in facilitating restoration back into the body of Christ and to bring healing to his sons and daughters.

Titus Clark is our Facilities Manager at BTR. He has been working in camp ministry since 2010. Titus’ Bachelor’s degree, from Crown College, is in Youth and Family Ministry and he is has been married to his loving wife, Samantha, since 2015. His wife grew up as a missionary kid in Kiev, Ukraine where her parents, Mike and Judy Manna, served for ten years. Her family then moved back to the states, where her father is now serving as the Global Coordinator for Youth for Christ International. Titus grew up as a pastor’s kid in South Dakota, where his parents, Doug and LeAnne Clark, served for 21 years with Village Missions. Titus and his wife fell in love working together at Trails End Ranch when they realized they shared a love for working in the camping ministry. The Lord has blessed them with two sweet children, Aiden and Emilia. Titus felt the calling of God in his life to be in full time ministry at an early age and has seen the Lord’s gracious direction as I he has pursued His calling in the camping/retreat arena. Titus has a sincere passion for this ministry and for creating an atmosphere for people to come meet God wherever they may be in life.
