Each intern will serve at our ministry in either the kitchen, housekeeping, or maintenance. Sometimes in all three! Monday through Friday will include about six hours a day of serving, as well as one of the weekend days. There are also opportunities to serve in guest services and recreation, which includes leading hikes, rock climbing, low ropes course, repelling, and our rescue course! There is a small stipend that is paid to all interns.

The internship also includes 4 days of class time with awesome and relatable teachers who focus on practically living a Biblical and Jesus-honoring life. Each intern will be given time each day to be alone, do homework, pray, worship, and seek God in one of the most beautiful places you could imagine! There are also weekly worship services and our fun guys & gals nights! The intern lives in a cabin/dorm with other interns of their same gender.

This program is for college-aged and twenty-somethings to be mentored, trained and developed in order to be those that love God intimately and love other people practically. They will be challenged to live lives of purpose and become influential leaders in every aspect of their lives. Each intern will also leave Bear Trap Ranch with physical skills that they will have learned and used throughout the Summer.
